Morgan is a photo-based artist and educator originally from Philadelphia, PA. She is a recipient of the 2025 V&A Parasol Foundation Prize for Women in Photography, is currently shortlisted for the PhMuseum Women Photographers Grant, and was a Barbara Deming Memorial Foundation and a Puffin Foundation grantee in 2024. In 2023 she was a finalist for the Aperture Portfolio Prize and participated in UnionDocs’ Research & Development lab. Recent group exhibitions include Light Industry, Large Glass gallery in London (2025); V&A Parasol Foundation Prize at Copeland Gallery in London (2025); On Land and Place, Vermont Center for Photography (2025); What We Carry, Gallery Kannski in Iceland (2024). Her works are in the permanent collections of the Smith College Museum of Art and the Yale University Library.
Her editorial work has been featured in US and international publications.
She
received her MFA in Photography from the Yale School of Art in 2020 and a BFA from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2007. She is currently a part-time faculty member in the Photography Department at Parsons School of Design and resides in Brooklyn, NY where she and her partner Håkan are caring for a cat and small child.
